The fishing has been pretty good this week. There are a lot of fish spawning right now. Just about every clean bank you go to seems to be good. They are a little hard to catch in extremley clear water, you have to make long cast. I've been trying to stay in stained water, that seems to be easier to catch them. Most of the fish are coming off watermelon red baby brush hogs and flukes. White perch are around all the islands on the north bank (Potters Point). Minnows are working best for me. The bream are also starting to do their thing. Fishing is getting pretty good!!!! |
